SUBJECT: SUSTAINABILITY 
 
OBSERVATION: Expedient construction limits our operational 
capability. More permanent facilities enhance operational 
efficiencies in the areas of lauch and recovery,  fuel storage, 
munitions storage, and support activities.  
 
ACTION: Continue identifying requirements and plan for temporary 
construction as soon as possible.
