File: aabff_14.txt- The FOL called, there are now six pits open and we are cross training with the A-10 folks so we can pit any jet that comes into the line up. Also, the turn times took about 22 minutes today, over 60% down from two days ago. Folks up there are fired up and love turning jets at that rate. - a/c 1218 is stuck at the FOL for fuel transfer problems. - Per ops, the 10th pilots will no longer rainbow into the other two amu's due to the pods. Our NDI troop and the busted machine are still not back. The machine at the FOL is still experiencing a few burps and Major Karr has requested NDI's presence until he is sure the machine is up and running. - All in all a real good, calm day. The jets flew well and we did not have nearly the amount of crises and bugs that we did the previous day. Even in war, it still comes in cycles. FEB 8: DAY 23 - Today started with a ground emergency on a/c 1223 for a possi- ble initiated fuze. It turned out to be a false alarm. - Briefed at the meeting today to slow down and do quality main-
