      There may be other scenarios that take advantage of features of specific
target sites that we are unaware of.  We canot assess the likelihood that the
Iraqis will utilize these weaons against our strategic sites.  However, the
activitity we have observed at Iraqi chemical facilities suggest suggests that
they anticipate use in some manner of chemical, and possibly biolgical
weapons.

                          OCTOBER WIND PATTERNS

Kuwait         Calm in morning
                    10 knots (6 mph) in  afternoon
 
Riyadh         Calm 16% of time in morning and afternoon
                    Wind may blow from any directlon 84% of time 

Medina         Ca1m 34% of time in morning
                     Calm 20% of time in afternoon

Jiddah          Calm 34% of time. Light winds in morning. Afternoon winds
                        out of the west at 12 knots 41% of the time.

Bahrain        Winds from the northwest 20% of time near calm (0-5 knots
                     at night, variable in directlon.
