was a common problem encountered by all deployed BEE personnel.
Without dedicated transportation, it was almost impossible to
perform drinking water monitoring and airfield industrial hygiene
    surveillance.

WATER VULNERABILITY STUDIES - After much insistence, each bed-
down location performed a water vulnerability study. These
studies ranged from superficial in nature to quite elaborate
evaluations. There was quite a lot of confusion concerning what
a vulnerability study consisted of, who should be involved and
how and where to document it. The Air Force needs to develop
standardized water vulnerability assessment procedures and
    checklists.
