Subject: Nerve Agent Pre-Treatment Tablet

1. 	Pyridostigmime Bromide (Nerve Agent Pre-Treatment Tablets) is used to
augment the atropin and 2-PAM auto injectors. To be effective these pills
must be taken before attacked. The pills provide No proctection if used
alone.

2.	 Expect NO side effects from these pills. They have been tested, with no
side effects seen, on over 500,000 personnel.

3. 	The packet of 21 tablets is all we have. Do not lose them. Also be
prepared to discontinue use when directed by the Wing Commander.
             
4. 	Take only one (1) pill every eight (8) hours. If you forget to take one
every 8 hours don't worry about it. Just take one (1) and begin another
8 hour cycle. Do not overdose this pills. It is dangerous.

5 	Begin taking these tablets at 1200 hours, 18 Jan 91 (Today).

6 	This BSD should receive the widest dissemination possible.
