(3) REQUESTED SUPPORT: Direct the shipment of 2 SDCs, 2
shower/shave units, and one expandable shelter to this site.
C. PROBLEM: SPS does not have required supply of ammunition.
(1) DISCUSSION: Only three days supply on hand. CENTAF/SP
requires seven days.
(2) (U) PROPOSED SOLUTION: N/A.
(3) REQUESTED SUPPORT: This is being worked through AFR
channels; but, request CENTAF direct the shipment.
D. PROBLEM: SVS does not have enough cots to billet 12
personnel per tent.
(1) DISCUSSION: We currently have 70 spare cots. We need 500
additional cots to house 12 people per tent. We urgently need these
cots with the 150 additional MAC ALCE and 1000 A-10 support personnel
to be assigned here in the near future.
(2) (U) PROPOSED SOLUTION: Direct shipment of 500 cots to our
location.
(3) REQUESTED SUPPORT: Direct shipment of 500 cots to our
location immediately.
E. PROBLEM: Shortage of 12 each, Chemical Agent Monitoring
Systems (CAMS).
(1) DISCUSSION: These items are needed for patient monitoring
at the hospitals and for use in the base wide chemical monitoring as
well as Contamination Control Area (CCA).
(2) PROPOSED SOLUTION: We will use manual procedures that are
not as fast and accurate.
(3) REQUESTED SUPPORT: Request CENTAF DOS reallocate or
acquire the needed 12 CAMS for our location.
F. PROBLEM: Lack of 30-day supply of EOD explosives.
(1) DISCUSSION: EOD uses explosives to neutralize ordnance
dropped or projected onto KFIA. The following items of our required
30-day supply are still short:
