SUBJECT:  23 TFW BATTLE STAFF DIRECTIVE #4

BATTLE STAFF DIRECTIVE        NO.  4                DTG.    19 JAN/0805L

SUBJECT:   GO-NO GO Medication

1.  We have recently received authorization to take GO, NO-GO
pills if necessary to accomplish our mission,  the following ROE
applies:

    a.  No more than two GO tablets and two NO-GO capsules will
be issued to a pilot member at one time.

    b.  The NO-GO medication will only be taken one at a time and
NLT 12 hours prior to step time for the next flight.

    c.  The effect of GO tablets lasts appriximately four hours
and may be taken at the discretion of the pilot.
2.  Remember, this medication should not be used as a substitute
for good quality crew rest and will only be used in association
with mission accomplishment!
