         Re: Interview with Capt Cook, Environmental Medicine, 7206 Hospital
         
         During the period of 20 August through 7 September, Capt Cook distributed
         medically briefed 46 individuals departing TDY to support Desert Shield.
         Additionally, he distributed 375 2 Pam antidotes, 375 Atropine antidotes,
         375 anti-nerve agents and malaria medicine for 288 individuals in support
         of Desert Shield. The Immunizations Clinic accomplished 51 reviews of
         individuals' shot records and administered the appropriate immunizations
         required for those individuals departing for Desert Shield.
