OBSERVED DURING THE 24 HOUR PERIOD ENDING 23/24002 AND FORECAST
CONDITIONS FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS: PROPAGATION CONDITIONS HAVE
BEEN GOOD IN ALL SECTORS AND LATITUDES EXCEPT AuRORAL. SOME
DEGRADATION OCCURED WITH A PERIOD OF HIGH ACTIVE LEVELS IN THE
GEOMAGNETIC FIELD. OVERALL CONDITIONS SHOULD CONTINUE TO BE
NORMAL. HOWEVER THE MAGNETIC FIELD WILL CAUSE SOME NOISE
PROBLEMS PRIMARILY IN THE NORTHERN LATITUDES. THE PROBABILITY
OF SOLAR FLARES CONTINUES TO BE STRONG 50 PERCENT AND SUNLIT
SECTORS WILL EXPERIENCE FLARE INDUCED SHORTWAVE FADES DURING
FLARE ACTIVITY.
