 CONVULSANT ANTIDOTE FOR NERVE AGENTS (CANA)
 
 THESE INTERIM PROCEDURES ARE IN ADDITION TO THOSE
 FOUND IN THE SOLDIERS MANUAL OF COMMON TASKS 
 
 SEVERE SYPTOMS OF NERVE AGENT
 POISONING REQUIRING CANA:

Severe muscle twitching.
 Convulsions, seizures.
Unconscious with nerve agent symptoms.


 USAGE

Inject CANA in the same way you inject the MARK I (larger autoinjector).

When a fellow soldier needs additional MARK I injectors after having given himself his first injection,
 immediately give him the second and third injections  AND THEN THE CANA.

If he has not received any MARK I injections, go ahead and give all three MARK I injections together with his CANA.

 CAUTION: DO NOT GIVE CANA TO YOURSELF.  IT IS A BUDDY AID.
