		 Thursday. 	Heard the briefings Col Rotbenberg
		06 Sep 90 	sent back to the Battle Staff the last
				 two weeks were used by BGen (sel)
				 McAuliffe to brief HQ TAG/CC, Gen
				 Russ. Gen Russ then briefed the Chief
				 of the Staff of the Air Force (Then Gen
				 Dugan. We can't take lightly the
				 information we pass on, nor can we take
				 lightly the way we say or present
				 things both up and down the chain of
				 command.
				 
			 B. Other highlights. At all sites the aircraft and
			 aircrews arrived before the Prime BEEF and RIBS
			 teams, and support equipment (tent, generators, air
			 conditioners, kitchens, etc.) The sequencing was
			 done intentionally to quickly show a faced of
			 force. Although we could not initially sustain
			 flying operations, Iraq did not continue their
			 aggression south into Saudi Arabia once we arrived
			 in such mass. We along with the Battle Staff and
			 CENTAF/LG pushed people and equipment to the site
