        USCENTAF aircraft not only flew their tasked sorties, the only
        coalition force to accomplish this feat, but flew above those
        sorties tasked. Mobility was and is a key factor in successfully
        projecting combat power as rapidly as we did in operation Desert
        Shield. Mobile Electronic Test Stations (METS) and the more compact
        Spectroil Jr. Oil Analysis machine were proven performers. These
        are but two examples of the future way to quickly mobilize a force
        and deploy that force rapidly.
