         early August 1990, and the transportation infrastructure assembled
         to support inter-intra AOR redistribution. The ability to be
         flexible proved paramount to support USCENTAF combat operations.
         As the operational goals and objectives changed to reflect
         battlefield conditions, USCENTAF Logistics had the ability to be
         immediately responsive to the adjustments. The fact that 150
         million pounds of ordnance were employed, no missions were
         cancelled for munitions and all aircraft were flown with full
         munitions loads was the proof.
