Subject: Request For Chemical Agent Monitors (CAMs)

1. Medical operations throughout the AOR need CAMs to
efficiently discharge their wartime duties. These
units will be used by patient decontamination teams to
determine effectiveness of decontamination procedures,
and by Bioenvironmental Engineering teams to perform
ambient air monitoring around medical facilities. A
total of 66 CAMs are required for use by units in high
and moderate high threat areas. The following is the
planned distribution of the CAM units:
