        ITEM NO. 18 REDEPLOYMENT: ALL PERSONNEL (UNITS) NOT IN TPFDD

        ( SGHR ITEM NO. 154)
       DISCUSSION: On redeployment It was discovered that personnel had deployed
        from units for which there was no record In the deployment TPFDD. These
       personnel had been attached to deploying unit without being identified In the
          TPFDD. Created confusion and difficulties for redeployment.
          Recommendation: Ensure TPFDD reflects all deployments during execution.
        .
          ACTIONS REQUIRED: None. TPFDD management is not the responsibility of the
        medical service. This problem occurred throughout the Air Force. MAJCOM
       planners need to ensure they work closely with the TPFDD management personnel.
