         ITEM NO. 19 HIGH YEAR TENURE PIM WERE RECALLED

         DISCUSSION: Individuals who had retired due to High Year of Tenure (HYT) were
         recalled at the same time that AD personnel In the same skill were being
         retired due to HYT! (even though their skill was STOP-LOSSED)

         RECOMMENDATIONS: Include HYT In STOP-LOSS.

         ACTIONS REQUIRED: Revision to AFR 28-5.

         ACTIONS COMPLETED: AF/DP has written new AFI 10-402 (In coordination) that
         addresses concerns of this MLL.

         STATUS: Recommend closure
