        DISCUSSION: Under current policy, medical logistics is required to record
        quality assurance information on each item in the WRM assemblage (ATH). This
        is a very labor intensive requirement and has proven to be of little value.
       
        RECOMMENDATION: Complete review is required to determine which items really
        need QA information.

        ACTIONS REQUIRED: Review requirement for QA actions in the ATH.
       
        ACTIONS COMPLETED: HQ ACC/SG has reviewed ATH TAs and recommendations are
        being developed, policy to follow.
