       DISCUSSION: There was confusion whether our fixed MTFs were to charge active
       duty personnel for subsistence if they were hospitalized as result of ODS.
       This was worked out between USEUCOM and HQ USAF/SGHC.
      
       RECOMMENDATION: Guidance needed on this subject.
      
       ACTIONS REQUIRED: Theater determine appropriate procedures.
      
       ACTIONS COMPLETED: Theater is developing guidance for future use. OPR is
       AF/SGHC with USAFE/SG as OCR.
      
       STATUS: Open.
