PERSONNEL ISSUE NO. 11 EHO, BEE Personnel Backfilled with Nothing to Do

         (SGHR ITEM NO. 101)

         DISCUSSION: Numerous ANG BEE and EH personnel wee deployed to backfill MTFs in
         excess. Personnel at most MTFs had literally nothing to do because of the
         number of personnel assigned. Cross-leveling to other MTFs eventually balanced
         out the manpower.

         RECOMMENDATIONS: Better coordination between MAJCOM, MTFs, and ANG needed.

         ACTIONS REQUIRED: None. This is a procedural item.

         ACTIONS COMPLETED: N/A.
