   BLOOD ISSUE NO. 3 Manning for Blood Donor Centers
  (SGHR ITEM NO. 11)

   DISCUSSION: Manning authorized for BDC operations prescribed by WMP-1, Annex
   F. One MT suggested that the manning is insufficient for full operations and
   recommended an expanded manning package.

   RECOMMENDATIONS: Assess whether additional manpower is required. If required,
   amend the WMP to reflect.

   ACTIONS REQUIRED: Assess manpower requirements for BDCs and modify if
   required.

           ACTIONS COMPLETED: Manpower requirements for BDCs have been reviewed and
           validated as exist.

STATUS: Closed.
