        SUBJECT: Extension of Palace Trip Taskings
        
        BACKGROUND: The extension of some Palace Trip taskings was accomplished off
        line between supporting and supported commands
        
        DISCUSSION: Many times HQ TAC/SG wanted to extend certain individuals in
        taskings. This was accomplished MAJCOM to MAJCOM and appeared that HQ AFMPC
        was not involved in the process.
        
        ACTION RECOMMENDATION: HQ AFMPC direct and control all Palace Trip extensions.
