       BACKGROUND: ARPC Mobilized Personnel In Their Duty AFSC
       
       DISCUSSION: ARPC mobilized nurses in their duty AFSC of a 9756 (clinical
       nursing) when their primary AFSC was a 9716 (nursing admin). Some of the
       9716s were not proficient in clinical nursing. This created a situation where
       we were receiving senior nurses (9716s) with management training when we
       needed nurses with clinical experience (9756s).
       
       ACTION RECOMMENDATION: ARPC require that all IMAs receive training in both
       their duty AFSC and their primary AFSC.
