                C. (GI DEET, Permanone for protection against insects has
             been established as a shortage. It has been ordered through G4
             channels. Calcium Hypochlorite for chlorination of water has
             the potential for being a shortage as units move away from HNS
             areas.


                d. (U) HIV. All soldiers who deploy must have had a
             negative HIV test within the past 24 months. HIV positive
             soldiers will not deploy. Many deployed with no current screen
             on record.

             S. (U) ISSUE: SOCOM MEDICAL SUPPORT. No requirements yet
             submitted.

             ?. (U) ISSUE: POR. Bragg units depleting supplies by
             ordering excessive quantities.

             io. (U) ISSUE. NBC.

                a. (G) Casualty teams trained at Ft Bragg. Other
             installations scheduling training. Chemical Treatment and Decon
             Sets available to units.

                b. (ei Medical Lrformation update, including information
             on dusty mustard, being distributed.

             ii. 161 ISSUE: CEOI. Corps is building Ground Forces layer
             of the JCEOI. It will look very much like those for Exercises
             OV90 and IL90.


             12. (U) ISSUE: INSTALATION MEDICAL SUPPORT.

                a. (U) i45th Air Amb will assume installation NEDEVAC
             mission on 17 AUG 90.

                b. (U) Other installation medical support shortfalls to be
             caused by deployment of units are being worked with the
             Ir,stailati--;-. Staff.

             i5. (U) ISSUE: PROFIS. Drain of medical professionals from
             WAH has caused considerable drain on services. RAH working
             bec:kfill through KSC.
