            Cdr's Comments: Dep IS provided a good sensing session      outbrief. Information
            flow seems to be good down to Plt Ldr but falls off below that. Troopers want
            more "operational" information. We need to keep them better informed even if
            it entails explaining why there is not much operational information to report.
            Also seems to be some confusion as to what our mission is and the training
            implications and/or disconnects--- oil field facilities security vis-a-vis
            MTC/HA and attack of strong point training. That is an easy fix. Most
            importantly they are confident of their leaders and how well their unit will
            ReEi@rm in combat - and I agree with them.
