CDR's Comments: Maintenance avaiiabilty of all aircraft systems continues to
improve. The potential attachments of 10 x OH-58D's to the 101st would have a
debilitating effect on the Bde's ability to fulfill Tactical Req's of

Cdr's Comments: The EMT refresher course has provided DIV MED personnel the
latest emergency Med treatment techniques. Cdr, 782d Maint has identified a
possible 11 M16 rifles that malfunctioned due to M16 ammo. After they are
examined, they will be sent to AMCCOM for analysis. Additionally, the BN will
gauge all 3-505th M16s before they fire on the range. (NOTE: last gauging
conducted in July.) coordination with Col. Wilson, Cdr/46th SPT BP today has
set the stage for the Division to receive increase support from the group,
      primarily in the transportation area.
