                                      COMMENTS

                 CG    Wants Company Commanders personally involved witn
                       training for mortar platoons. Mortar Platoon
                       training is a high priority. CG wants BDE/BN
                       CDR's involved with evaluation and the name of
                       the ASST S-3 who is responsible for structuring
                       and monitoring..Uhe training.
                       DO HOT USE the term "Mass Casualty" when
                       referring to large &mounts of casualties. We
                       have a standard system for dealing with large
                       amounts of wounded and dead soldiers.
