                       (7) Limit travel out of cantonment area to essential
          traffic only; all vehicles will travel with FM commo with higher
          headquarters or in pairs until further notice.

                       (8) Guards will operate in pairs with close
          supervision.

                       (9) Continue with current engineer ppojects and
          develop plans for site security and communications with parent
          unit.


          4. SERVICE SUPPORT: Units will submit DA 581's to CLASS V
          points daily for UBL draw.

          5. COMMAND AND SIGNAL:


              a. Command: No change.

              b. Signal:

                   (1) Brigade will conduct RATT commo checks daily;
          communicate by RATT only during checks ox, when passing emergency
          traffic.


                   (2) Signal- positive commo with higher headquarters is
          required. If commo is unavailable for more than 2 hours, a
          Liaison Officer will be dispatched to the immediate higher
          headquarters.
