          ANNEX E (PERSONNEL) to 7th Engr Sde OPLAN 5-90

                  (3) Strength Accounting. Personnel strength accounting
          within the theater will be accomplished via the Tactical Army
          Combat Service Support Computer System (TACCS). The Command
          Strength Reporting System. (C2SRS) will be the software link with
          SIDPERS.


                  (4) Red Cross. Red Cross messages will be processed
          through the Bde S-1. Units will be responsible +or directly
          coordinating emergency leave through the servicing PSC (TBD).

                  (5) Safety. Safety briefing should be given. IAW
          Desert Shield Leaders Safety Guide. Accident reports will be
          sent to 7th Engr Bde S-1 for processing.

                  (6) Reports. IAW VII Corps and 7th Engr Bde FSOP.

          4. Service support; See Basic OPLAN.

          5. Command and Control: See Basic OPLAN.
