         APPENDIX 2 (Finince Support) to ANNEX E (Personnel) to OPLAN 5-90


         1.  Purpose. This appendix prescribes policy, provides guidance
         and delegates responsibility for providing financial support.

         2.  Responsibilities.

             a. Bde S-1 has staff responsibilities for finance support
         for the Brigade.

             b. Servicing finance unit is responsible -For providing
         financial support to 7t[i Engr Bde units.

         3. Commander VII Corps will establish the limit on the amount of
         currency within the area of operations. Soldiers may cash checks
         up to $50.000. Local commanders may approve higher or lower
         amounts as dictated by local conditions and coordinated with the
         servicing finance unit.

         4. Additional financial guidance TBD.
