          1. Situation: No change.

          2. Mission:


          3. (U) Execution


              a. Intent. I want 7th Engr Bdo to provide timely
          sustainment engineering support that satisfies MSC requirements
          within the Corps defined scope of work and priorities. I want to
          conserve TOE equipment to the maximum extent, both during
          production and line haltl, in order to be fully capible of
          supporting Corps follow-on missions.

              b. Concept of operations. MSC requests for engineering
          support pre-approved and prioritized by Corps G3. Project
          directives will be issued to groups and other units under Brigade
          control by FRAGO. Units to whom projects are directed will
          coordinate with customer units to refine scope of work,, and
          coordinate classes of supply to support construction.

              C. Subunit tasks:

                  (1)  7th Engr Bde

                       (a)  Issue construction mission directives

                       (b) Provide command guidance and resolve conflicts

                       (c) Track commercial construction equipment costs
          to Corps

                       (d) Provide primary or aligmc?ntary design, survey,
          and materials support required

                       (e) Process material requests

                  (2)  Assistant Corps Engr

                       (a) Receive MSC construction requests

                       (b) Obtiin GZN7 approval and priority for all
          construction missions


                  (3)  176th Group

                       (a) Supervise project execution

                       (b) Collect and forward required reports

                  (4)  109th Group

                       (a)  SLtPervisc? project execution

                       (b) Collect and -Forward required reports
