          5. (U) OBSERVATION: DOL SLtpply/Services was getting guidance
from FORSCOM, while Aviation Units were getting guidance from
          AVSCOM.

          6. (U) DISCUSSION. A general officer from AVSCOM spent some
time at Marshall Army Airfield. He told the aviation units to
take all. the aircraft repair parts with them, including AIM!
items. DOL guidance +ram FORSCOM was to let them have, at the
most, only those things they had forecasted. We had the same
pravlam with our ORF helicopter. We resolved it by getting them
to (forecast) put in a request for all aircraft repair parts in
the warehouse that they wanted, including AIMI items. We then
reported to FORSCOM which AIMI parts they took.
