           4. (U) TITLE: LOGISTICS: INADEQUACY OF TC ACCIS GBL PRINTERS


           5. (U) OBSERVATION: GBL Printers do not work adequately.

           6. (U) DISCUSSION: AP1307 Unisys printers are not capable of
           printing a seven page OBL. The feeder does not hold the paper
           intact. On occasions, the printer quit halfway through a GBL
           and the GBL had to be voided and a new number had to be assigned
           to that shipment. This extra action took up many valuable hours
           from the Freight Section. Discussion at Project Management
           Office TC ACCIS was a new printer was needed and they are
           looking into the proper equipment.

           7. (U) LESSON LEARNED: New printers are needed to handle a
           seven page GBL.

           S. (U) RECOMMENDED ACTION: New printer capable of printing
           through seven copies for a comp_@ete shipment be acquired.
           Action is TC ACCIS and installation.
