               The following are an embellishment of the official reports
               that Do nothing know nothing sent to ARCENT:
               #2. TASK ORGANIZA!EION: 159TH CS MAINT DET detached from
               XVIII CORPS and attached to VII CORPS eff 202100 Z. 338th
               FIN SPT unit attached to XVIII CORPS.    FLOT: 6TH LT AR DIV
               (FRENCII), 101st DIV (AASLT), 24TH ID(M), and 3rd ACR are
               screening along PL RAZOR in zone.

               I ACTIVITY:    11. CORPS planners are working on conplans
               for future ops. #2. CORPS units are focused on force
               protection and preparation for combat. #3. loist finished
               the destruction of the bunker system that they began
               yesterday. Numerous bits of enemy material were returned
               and an additional 23 EPWs were taken. Additionaly when this
               mission was coining to a close one OH-58 wouldn't work. 101st
               had to send a CH-47 to pick it up. 04 6th Lt At Div will
               conduct armed aerial reconnaissance from 221200 to 231400 C
               in zone. Targets found during this recon will be engaged.
               #5. 24th will conduct 3 aerial and 3 ground mounted zone
               recons during the period 22 - 23 Feb. They are doing this to
               verify routes for future operations. IG. loist will conduct
               aerial recons of FOB COBRA during the period 22 - 23 Feb.
 with 1&3rd BDES tonight. After
               the LD is secured the 2nd BDE will reliove the 3rd BDE. #7.
               82nd is preparing to roattack OBJ ROCRAMBF-AU. They will do
               this in conjunction with the 9th PSYOPS support to try and
               take advantage of the evident poor morale among the enemy.
               #7. 82nd is preparing to reattack OBJ ROCRAMBF-AU in the near
               future. They will do this in conjunction with 9th PSYOPS

               the enemy.   PART 2 PLAN: #I. CORPS will continue its force
               protection activities, preparing for combat and refining its
               plan. 02. CORPS will continue to rofine and conduct deep
               operations IAW a G-3 day schedule.

               Other stuff: 35 targets were nominated for tomorrow and 5
               made it on the ATO for toin. - ARCENT is expecting 450 to 500
               sorties for G day. This leaves XVIII with about 100. LTC
               Gutwald does not want to make an issue of this. - The 196th
               should be in the CORPS AO ready for action by the 24th. -
               COL Mathor attended a meeting at VII CORPS today. The
               following were identified as VII concerns; #1 lack of
               responsiveness of Air. It took 40 minutes to get air on
               station during the VII action yesterday. #2 coordination
               problems between XVIII and VII and ARCENT during PHIII D.
               #3. Anti fraticide measures. The IR strobe that is to be
               used to mark friendly positions for aircraft flying at high
               altitudes can't be seen at high altitudes. #4. VII has no
               problems giving the XVIII a piece of terrain just inside of
               VII W. border to use as an SR. #5. 2nd ACR is planning to
