                ------------------------------------------------------------
                - The first load of dust pallative arrived via commercial
truck today. CORPS Eng is happy about the initial delivery
but expressed a concern about ARCENTs ability to keep it up.
                - G day remains the 24th. Many CORPS principle staff
officers put out a warning to their soldiers today not to get
complacent about the war because of the peace talks.
Continue to drive on with the threat remaining the same and
the day we go to war remaining the same. - Cerri found that
Maj Jarvis was the individual working the issue of getting
additional trucks for the 82nd. However, he would not go any
further in the process until he found out how many 5 ton
cargos or civilian equivalents that the 82nd already had.
Cerri passed on the requirement to LTC Vogel, XVIII G-4 and
Maj Paprone, G-4 plans. Maj Paprone later said that he had
contacted Maj Jarvis. - Maj Cerri called Cpt Gibbons about
the SUPCOM response to a G-3 tasking to explain what they
wore going to do about the XVIII CORPS need for 2 million
gallons of fuel a day and 3 additional POL Truck companies.
Gibbons said that SUPCOM had briefed Gen Waller
satisfactorily on the subject and would send the results to

ultiinateum to Sadan to start moving out of Kuwait by sometime
tom (boss wasn't sure about the time). - SPC False called
to say that he had cut the orders attaching A Tn to XVIII but
he could not FAX them successfully. He would have them
couriered to us. - Gibbons passed that ARCENT was working
on a FRAGO that would cut Ist Cav back to ARCENT. - ARCENT
is in the process of sending a message to XVIII explaining
what CORPS will have to provide in order to have a PX in the
immediate AO. This cane from MAJ Gillehand at #7804- 667. -
CORPS deception plan is being carried out by the BATT D cell
from AR AR. The story is that they are the XVIII CORPs CP
and that the CORPS is in position in that area. The purpose
is to pin down the 54th in that area. - There will be a siren
test at 230800. - Cerri heard in a plans meeting that the
