                            1.      During Phase III,  what threat do
            bypassed IRAQI forces pose to logistics operations? Will they
            interdict/sabotage MSRS, LSBs/ LABS, and ASPS?
                            2. @    Will IRAQI forces use Chemical weapons
            against the Rear Area and the Logistics Support Bases?

                   5. (U) COLLECTION PRIORITIES


                 The IST COSCOM will have XVIII Abn Corps priority of
            surveillance and intelligence during phase r to determine
            IRAQI preemptive attack on LOS BASE CHARLIE during the
            logistics buildup. Priority will be first to COSCOM, and
   then to XVIII Abn Corps movement west. During phase 11,
            priority of surveillance and intelligence will again be to
            the logistical buildup and then to force prepositioning.
            Collection will determine IRAQI preemptive attack on LOS BASE
            CHARLIE and on xvrrl Abn Corps sectors. Upon commencement of
            Phase 111, priority of collection and intelligence will shift
            to support of the Corps attack.
