                All units will report in priority activity: IRAQI air
           activity, surveillance, UW activities, and IRAQI operations
           in the Corps rear area. Additionally, all units will report
           on tra+ficability a+ MSR9 in their particular areas of
           operations, as well as cross-country mobility along main
           MSRS. Specifically, any major changes in the conditions of
           the MSRS, and/or any significant changes in cross-country
           movement capability.

                  All other reporting will be IAW the COSCOM FSOP. Use
           of the SALUTE format will facilitate continuity in reporting,
           and is the preferred technique +or spot-reportable
           information.
