C. (U) Official Mail.
(1) (U) Official mail will continue to flow
unrestricted.
(2) (U) Stamps for official mail will be
controlled by the Postal Co.
(3) (U) To use officia@ stamps, both the return
addressee and addressee must indicate the title 'commander'
or 'commanding officer'.
d. (U) Casualty Mail.
(1) (U) The servicing ?SC. Sep Bde, and NOW-Diva
will coordinate with the Postal Co, providing casualty
information and listing to ensure no letters are returned to
sender prior to NOK notification.
(2) (U) Mail for KIA soldiers will be labeled as
'Search' and redirected by the Bn/Bde Sl through the
servicing MPO to the servicing Postal Company within 24
hours.
(3) (U) Mail for missing and medically evacuated
soldiers will be redirected through the servicing MPO to the
18th P&A Casualty Mail Section for further directory service
(i.e., to a soldier in the hospital).
e. (U) Mailing Address: MSCE will not change APOS.
Letters will be addressed using the unit'g designated APO as
follows:

f. (U) Wartime Postal Operations. In the event of
hostilities, shipment of parcel mail will be stopped. Letter
mail and audio cassette tapes will be moved forward in
coordination with MSC GlISIs. If a postal area is threatened
the supporting postal company will retrograde mail to the
rear on the order of the unit commander.
S. (U) Mail procedures:
(1) (U) GI will continue to provide 129th postal
rical listing of COSCOM units and their parent
organizations as required for basic mail sorting.
