           4. (U) Coordinating Instructions. Brigade/Group chaplains
           will closely monitor situations involving potential problems
           relation to local religious and/or cultural issues and keep
           their commanders informed of the same. Distinctive faith
           groups religious coverage requirements will be coordinated
           with the COSCOM Chaplain section.

           5. (U) Special Guidance. In accordance with technical
           guidance. chaplains are encouraged,not to wear their branch
           insignia when in the presence of local nationals. When the
           branch insignia is removed, insignia of rank will be worn on
           both collars. On kevlar helmets. Chaplains are encouraged to
           wear camouflage hands with 'CHAPLAIN' printed on front in
           place of the name: no rank or branch insignia will be on the
           helmet. Soft headgear will display the rank.

           6. (U) Administration and Logistics. Ecelesgiastical
           supplies will be requested through technical channels.
           Request for specific chaplain services. i.e. specific
           denominational religious services not available to local
           command resources. will be addressed through 01 to lst COSCOM
           Staff Chaplain.

           7. (U) Reports. Each Brigade/Group Chaplain wiil submit
           the weekly line report IAW Annex N (REPORTS) using GI
           admin/log radios. wire networks. or courier. The reporting
           period is Monday thru Sunday, due Monday NLT 130OZ.
