         CSG until H+40. Expect OPCON    96 hours prior to G-Day.
                       (b) Ue Provide location and life support for POL LAB
         vicinity LOGBASE CHARLIE.

                       (c)      Provide retail POL g upport on Tapline Rd. in
         LOGBASE CHARLIE. Ensure traffic can clear the road.
                       (d) (J6 Operate a fuel transfer point for down loading
         civilian and military POL tankers to support the local area of
         operation until the EAC TPT at LOOBASE CHARLIE is established.
                 3.@)Phase III:

                       (a) 0    NLT H+ 96 hours install and operate bulk fuel
         storage site vicinity LOOBASE OSCAR (2 million gallons).

                       (b) ;e) With all available POL tanker assets deliver
         bulk fuel to LOOBASE ROMEO. Continue OS push until directed to
         stop.

                       (c)      Establish unit distribution to all dorps
         petroleum supply points east of LOGBASE OSCAR.

                       (d) LM   Sample captured fuel stocks at As Salman
         Airfield and submit samples to POL mobile lab at LOGBASE CHARLIE
         for immediate testing.
                       (e) @    Within 6 hours upon arriving LOGBASE OSCAR be
         prepared to receive 120k per day Jet A-1 via ABFDS (bladder bird)
         at As Salman Airfield.

                       (f)      Be prepared to echelon forward a one million
               UNCLASSIFIED
