                    (b)        Area Damage Control (ADC). Emphasis for
           ADC resolution is at the lowest possible level through the
           use of organic resources. Conduct ADC training for damage
           control'and contingencies using organic man power an&.
           equipment. Report ADC requirements which exceed base cluster
           capabilities to the RCP. ADC priorities are logbaseg and
           MSRS.

               (3) (U) Security.

                    (a)        All units will develop security plans IAW
           xvitr Airborne Corps Base Defense Planning SOP (dtd 8 Dec
           90).

                    (b)  U6 Bases will consolidate into base clusters.
           The RCP will determine Base Cluster Commanders and assist in
           establishing new base cluster defense plans.

                    (c)  WI Base/base cluster commanders will react to
           level I and be prepared to respond to level 11 threats. When
           the base cluster commander determines that the threat is
           beyond big capability to defend against, notify the RCP or
           the 16th MP Bde.

                    (d)        Base/Base Cluster Commandeig'will develop
           base defense plans and submit to the Corps RCP ULT 24 hours
           after base occupation, Attach sector sketches showing
           defensive positions, obstacles. fire plan, adjacent building.'
           avenues of approach. etc ...

                    (e) (U) Base/base cluster commander
           responsibilities. Base cluster commanders will organize
           assets into individual bases delegating command/control to
           the base commanders.


               C. (U) Tasks.
                   (1) (Of All CSGS. Be prepared to operate a base
           cluster operations center. Be prepared to assist in
           providing security for the medical unit(s) get up in your
           area.

                   (2)       44th Med Bde. Coordinate the proposed
our medical units with the CSGG in
          .whose area you plan to locate them.
                   (3)  W)   Tactical Combat Forces (TCF).   101st
           Airborne Division (AASLT) will provide the TCF under OPCON of
           the RCP to defeat level III threats.
