        2.    @ MISSION: On-order. the lgt COSCOM will deploy to
        provide combat service support to the XVIII ABN Corps in
        support of Operation Desert Sword I. Communications support
        support Internal and external to lst COSCOM will be
        installed. operated and maintained for C2 and Logistical Data
        flow.


        3. (u) EXECUTION:

              .a. (U) Guiding Principles:

                  (1) (U) All communications procedures will be in
        accordance with (IAW) applicable Allied Communications
        Publications (ACP). Joint Army. Navy. Air Force Publications
        (JANAP). SOls and this Annex.

                  (2) (U) The staff proponent for let Corps Support
        Command communications is the ACofS GO.

                  (3) (U) To ensure security of the Corps Protected
        Distribution System (PDS). access to signal assemblages/
        equipment at all let COSCOM locations will be restricted and
        controlled at all times. Telephone access to the Corps
        telephone network will be limited to those having a SECRET
        clearance and a Need to Know. PDS applies only to XVIII ABN
        Corps assigned and attached units. KY-68 or STU-III
        are required for secure communications with units supported
        by Echelons Above Corps (EAC) signal elements.
