2155 SFC Seibe, 74th EOD, informed us that BUpp
MOPP level was reduced to 0. Informed
CPT Wilson and SGM Atkinson of same.
2227 SFC Fleimning, 74th EOD, informed us that Bupp
current MOPP level is at 4. Informed SGM
Atkinson & SFC Paksi of same.
2242 SFC Flemming, 74th EOD, informed us that Bupp
current MOPP level is at 1. Informed SGM
