             III. SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES


                 A.  ARC= ENGINEER


                     1. FDF&DW/MDBILE CP: No entry

                     2. OPERATIONS: See DA 1594


                     3. FACNMESICONSTRUCTION:

                         A) Theater EPW Caqos: Both BRONX and BROOKLYN are 98% complete
             and can handle 48,000 EPWs each. Remaining work to improve waste water
             collection on both sites does riot affect overall capacity.

                         H) Corps EPW CMqD,--: Operating

                         C) Pipeline:

                           1) Phases I through III are cckyplete
                           2) Phase IV: no demand fran LOGBASES; replacement of 15
             miles of flexible pipe on hold.
                           3) Phase V is 193M to LOO@AM ALPHA,. 178KK installed, line
             is operable to PS#7 (96Kt4 mark); 475th is preparing a temporary station.
             Further effort is on hold at this time.

                         D) Patriot Power: DHAHRAN battery is hooked up to commercial
             pmler. UIAMM AB Battery Contractor left the country. 535th EN DEr and
             SUPCCM engineer working; no BM. Transformer being installed at KKIA
             site; revised EM is 10 Mar. Riyadh AB, on fourth site; project complete
             on 28 Feb. Fixed generators. Cmtractors delivered two
             generator/trailers on 2 Mar; remainder on 5 Mar, not on site as of 6 Mar.
             All 12 mobile generators and trailers are now in country.

                         E) ARCEur HQ Power: Transformer installed; ccmercial
             connection completed 4 Mar 91. 416th ENCOM holding on procurement of
             materials for emergency power plan and high rise offices. Cancellation of
             emergency back-up project being addressed. Disposition of 535th EN DEr
             assets undex review.

                         F) ESKAN Army Airfield Power: Ihe work request with guidance
             has been forwarded to 2nd ASH,

                         G) 86th Signal BN Power: Plan for commercial power connection
             has been forwarded to ARCERR G3.

                         H) Class IV (Barrier):

                            1) Disposition of Class IV: Significant quantities of
             Class IV, both barrier and construction, are being identified at or
             enroute to theater storage. Disposition plans will be developed as total
             quantities are identified and operational project requirements are
             developed.
