             III. SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL ACRI=ES


                 A. ARCERR ENGINEER

                     1. FUr&MM/MDBITE CP: No entry

                     2. OPERATIONS: See DA 1594

                     3. FACI=ES/CONSnkT=ON:

                         A) Theater EPW Caq@s: Both BRONX and BR@MMYN are 98% complete
             and can handle 48,000 EPWs each. Remaining work to improve waste water
             collection on both sites does not affect overall capacity.

                         B) Corps EPW Canps: Operating

                         C) Pipeline:

                           1) Phases I through III are cmplete
                           2) Phase IV: no demand from LOGBASES; replacmmt of 15
             miles of flexible pipe on hold.
                           3) Phase V is 193KM to LOGBASE ALPHA,. 178KM installed, line
             is operable to PS#7 (96EM Park); 475th is preparing a temporary station.
             Further effort is on hold at this time.

                         D) Patriot Power: DHAHRAN battery is hooked up to cminercial
             power. DHAHRAN AB Battery Contractor left the country. 535th EN DEr and
             SUPCOM engineer working; no ECD. Transformer being installed at KKIA
             site; revised BCD is 10 Mar. Riyadh AB, on fourth site; project complete
             on 28 Feb. Fixed generators. Contractors delivered two
             generator/trailers on 2 Mar; reminder on 5 Mar, riot on site as of 6 Mar.
             All 12 mobile generators and trailers are now in country.

                         E) ARCENT HQ Power: Transformer installed; ccuriercial
             connection completed 4 Mar 91. 416th ENCOM holding on procurement of
             materials for emergency power plan and high rise offices. Cancellation of
             emergency back-up project being addressed. Disposition of 535th EN DET
             assets under review.

                         F) ESKAN Army Airfield Power: The work request with guidance
             has been forwarded to 2nd ASB,

                         G) 86th Signal BN Power: Plan for commercial power connection
             has been forwarded to ARCERR G3.

                         H) Class IV (Barrier):

                            1) Disposition of Class IV: Significant quantities of
             Class IV, both barrier and construction, are being identified at or
             exmioute to theater storage. Disposition plans will be developed as total
             quantities are identified and operational project requirements are
             developed.
                            2) Concertina: 13,000 rolls available at LOGBASE BRAVO;
             2,200 rolls available at 321st NW at DAMMAN.
