                           I) Class IV (Construction):

                              1) Gravel: Gravel is available for pick-up from quarry vic
               NS4062. 155th EN Co (CS) is on site as augmentation.
                              2) Dust Palliative: 843 barrels (44,679 gallons) available
               at LOGBASE BRAVO. Contract for delivery of 9000 barrels (477,000 gallons)
               awarded. 1874 of 2000 barrels delivered as of 27 Feb to Ash-,9hubah and
               1851 to LOG3ASE BRAVO.    Remahlirig 5000 barrels on hold, but available if
               needed. CENTCCt4 RCCH POC is CPr Alexander.
                              3) Crude Oil: Al--Qaysumh source point repaired. VII
               Corps and XVIII AEN Corps have been notified. Bath O=ps indicate
               continuing need for crude oil. 364K gallon remains on order; expect 80K
               to left 3 Mar for XVIII AEN Corps, 24K leaving 4 Mar for XVIII AEN Corps,
               none on 5 Mar, 32K on 6 Mar, 24K on 7 Mar. None projected to depart on 8
               Mar.
                              4) Airfield mttincj: Guidance for the recovery and turn in
               of matting being disseminated in the ARcENr LoGsTAT. mg matting is
               rlon-experidable and will be turned into the 165th Supply Cc) (HVY MIL) at
               IQOE for further processing.
                              5) Harzard Marking Tape: Red/white diagonal plastic tape
               available at IOM. Rough allocation is 500 for VII Corps, 300 for XVIII
               ABN Corps, and 200 for theater reserve.
                              6) Barbed Wire: RCC14 promwing 20,000 spools through Host
               Nation; final delivery on 5 Mar. 2600 rolls currently on the ground.
               31,000 of 45,000 each 1.7m rebar pickets delivered to KiM. Remainder to
               be delivered 5 March; not confirmed.
