- outside security will be provided by Kuwaiti Army Chief of
Staff. An MP platoon will provide warehouse and internal
security. This is not in writing. Kuwaiti guards should be on
gates. @If they shoot someone we don't have an international
incident.
- contracting must start on physical security contract now.
- Must keep MP unit (provisional) from volunteers to go thru
June without Kuwaitis.
- We can put anything we want in operational project stocks and
TWR stocks, since the stuff is already here.

to do with facilities. Every air conditioner, light set and
generator should go to Doha.
