              We have big shortfall in recovery responsibility - G-3 owes CG
            a plan for vehicle recovery after December.
            - Also plan to issue fuel.
            - Look at 702 TC BN going to KKMC with a fuel section.
            - Look at taking mission at CSC Zebra; give cG structure to do
            that.
            - Anything left at KKMC will live at TSA4 under 22 ORD BN.

                                         10 TC BN

            - Log cell G-3, 2220, TC and CO 650 TTC, get together on break
            to ensure details of return of those units to their parents.
            - How will we load out equipment from Kuwait? Trans must
            answer.
            - Check containers, personal items, shake down barge; let troops
            know penalties for contraband.


                                           MTRC

            - Why is there such dissention from people who have been there
            so briefly? Answer: There isn't. It's just a few complaints.
            - Trans: write Message to TRANSCOM that we will need flights
            home and back for Christmas.
            - Need to get with Air Force to handle their ammo as easily as
            possible - push it hard.


                                      CONTRACT CMD

            - Must talk to CG about HCA.
            - You are going to need someone in Riyadh until December.
            - Nobody else will move into DRAO towers without CG'S
            permission. BG Benton will monitor.
            - There should be just a few soldiers living in DRAO towers, all
            others at Doha.
            - DRAO owes CG number of people at DRAO towers.
            - Add third line to all charts of those returning with 22 SUPCOM
            to Atlanta, GA.
            - 22d SUPCOM (rear) commander will be a General Officer. It
            should include HNS, Contracting, Training Group and RM.


                                        6 SIG GP

            - Look at redeployment dates of subordinate units.
            - A couple of commercial and international lines is all KMC
            needs - no TAC or Autovon.
            - In Dhahran, we will go back to satelliting Comno off USMTH
            In December we need a memorandum of understanding.
