            - Be careful not to count USMTM in our strength (Riyadh commo
            troops).

            - Get with DCG an Aviation assets kept in theater past December.
            - CG does not see any aviation here. Sees low Army population
            in Saudi Arabia.
            - Keep C-12's going for Dhahran-Kuwait run until the end of
            February, then CEGSWA satellites off USMTM.


                                          MED GP

            - Get with DCG on redeploying everybody in December, except
            small force at Doha.

            - You and four company commanders will be here until February -
            make sure your soldiers know that.
            - Engineer must fix trailers at Jill.


                                          1 ASG

            - For planning purposes, plan to stay until 1 April.
            - We may send 711 TC GP to KKMC, or send them home and chop the
            battalions to 1 ASG.
            - Need Doha K-spans up ASAP; could also have contractor do that.
            - Can also get a paving contract to replace pavement space
            K-spans take up.
            - Let's talk about swap-out of A and B Company 34 EN.
            - DCG will be arbiter of who goes into Camp Jill.

            - Don't get hung up on how many people we have here, got hung up
            on if we have a mission - must keep MWR here and not draw them
            down too fast.
            - Want a session put together on strength in KSA. Call the
            Commanders, make them give you a number. Action: G-3/Log
            cell.
            -Got rid of as many green trucks as you can by December - use
            contract and GOGIGOJ's after that.
