          asphalt at XXKC.

          CONTRACTING

               0 Plan to contract for medical, maintenance, security,
          food service, and life support for approximately 3,000
          personnel, beginning I December 1991.

               0 Expand present bus contract to establish dormant
          contracts to provide transportation for 3,000 soldiers.

               a Plan for contract to repair/replace damaged
          structures at Camp Manterayt including restoration of
          utilities.

               • Negotiate EOD contract to clear Camp Monterey and
          Gibbs range of booby traps and unexploded ordinance.

               • E3ctand/&3cpand present contract for portable toilets
          to accommodate up to 3,000 soldiers.
