AIRBORNE CORPS FIELD SOP
1. Purpose. The Medical Report (MEDREP) provides data on the
status of medical units and facilities.
2. The report is submitted by division surgeons, separate
surgeons, and senior medical command and control headquarters,
through the telecommunications center to XVIII Airborne Corps
Surgeon, daily as of 2400 hours local, to arrive NLT 1000 hours
local.
3. Instructions.
a. Format: omit lines which are not applicable.
